| Third Grade News
First quarter seems to have come and gone very quickly.
As we look forward to November, the third graders are working hard on all subjects. In Social Studies, we will finish our chapter on farming and start learning the history behind
our historical holidays. Our math unit on addition with rounding will be over soon, and we will start a unit on subtraction with rounding. In science, the third grade will be studying the relationships among living things including ecosystems, food chains, and the carbon dioxide and oxygen cycle. It was very nice to visit with all the parents who came for conferences.
