40% CANDIDATE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
FOLLOWS: a) To acknowledge that {he/she} is a representative of the Agency and is expected to act accordingly while on any job and/or in any capacity in which Agency is involved. b) To provide the Agency with an updated résumé and/or contact information. c) To be responsible for maintaining {his/her} professional status and yearly registration with the appropriate regulatory bodies to which they are subject to. Such bodies include but are not limited to the Pharmacists Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Medical and Dental Council etc. d) To personally make arrangement for {his/her} indemnity insurance in an event of claims such as for medical negligence where such an insurance policy is necessary/required. e) i) That every business sensitive information or data, trade secrets, patient information, including those which are protected by the intellectual property laws and other information gained in confidence by me shall be kept in secret and same shall not be disclosed or made use of by meat anytime during the course of my employment or after same except in the course of my current assignment. ii) The non-disclosure/Confidentiality clause contained in paragraph (e)(i) above does not include information that is already in public domain. f) To immediately inform the Agency of any offers made to {him/her} by the Hiring Company or any arrangement reached by them so that the interest of all parties involved will be adequately protected. g) To inform the Agency where {he/she} is unable to attend work fora period of
5 working days, intends to quit/resign on the job or laid off etch) To accept that any hiring company will deduct a 40% one-off Agency fee directly of the agreed candidate MONTHLY salary for the first month (i.e. Gross salary)
Example: Client agreed to pay 10,000 naira, our charges would be 40% of
10,000 which excludes Tax and pension deducted by client. i) All documents, equipment and tools, Information Technology Equipment, Phones, Laptops, Identification Cards, as well as all copies of works made during the assignment for the Hirer and the Agency will be handed back to the appropriate department such as the Human Resource department.
