18 Enhancing Performance Under Stress Stress Inoculation Training for Battlefield Airmen awareness. With the oversight of physiologists and swim instructors, trainees learn skills necessary to succeed during the next phase of training, the indoctrination course. CCTs have developed a similar course called the Combat Control Selection Course, which includes screening and initial selection to training.
