| POPULATION AND SAMPLING
The population of the study are the owners of microenterprises of Poblacion I and Poblacion II of Agdangan, Quezon.
In the determination of sample size, the formula given will be used:
n = N / 1+Ne2
where: n = sample size
N = population size
e = marginal error at .05
RESEARCH DESIGN
The study will use descriptive method to determine the entrepreneurial competencies and management practices of microentrepreneurs in Agdangan, Quezon.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT
The study will use a questionnaire adapted from the research of Parilla (2013). This consists four parts which determines the demographic profile of the respondents, their microenterprise organizational profile, their level of entrepreneurial competencies, and business management practices. Five-point Likert type scale will be used to measure the entrepreneurial competencies and managerial practices of the microentrepreneurs.
