Men’s Campus

Academic staff also increased from 19 to 2796 members of which 2058 are Saudi nationals representing 73% of the total number of employees. Administrative staff and technical support now total 1914 men and women. The University today includes 24 faculties, 160 academic departments and 120 postgraduate programs.There are
11 scientific journals, 29 scientific societies, 14 centers of excellence and research centers, and 19 scientific chairs for advancing technological, medical and social studies. In addition to its off-campus facilities in Jeddah (Jeddah Community College, Women’s Faculties (Science, Humanities, and Home Economics, Northern Jeddah Campus, College of Education, the University also has affiliated branches in the cities of Rabigh,
Khulays, and Al-Kamel. Its sprawling multi-acre main campus comprises 9 independent deanships, 23 administrative offices, a central library, a medical research center and University hospital, a sports stadium, a conference hall, bank, central cafeteria, and post office.
