THE FUTURE

Young believes FPI must focus on growing shareholder value. To do this, he believes he must motivate his employees to embrace the concept of growing shareholder value and “energize” them to “make it happen.” FPI is focused on growing its EPS and restoring shareholder value by using key traditional groundfish, value-added and seafood trading operations along with increasing shellfish operations. Young also hopes to grow through international alliances, mergers and acquisitions. The question now facing Young: how exactly does FPI increase shareholder value?

End Note
