Stick Shake 1-2 Fail

A

Aeroplane may be dispatched with a single control column shaker inoperative provided:

  1. Angle of Attack indication is available on both PFD’s,

  2. Both stall barrier systems are operative, and

  3. Repairs are made within two (2) flight days.

Stuck MIC ACP 3

(O) Aeroplane may be dispatched with ACP 3 indicating stuck MIC provided:

  1. Pilot and Copilot ACP’s are operative,

  2. OBSERVER ACP: REER, D-7, is pulled and collared. Flight crew may accomplish this task if properly qualified and authorized,

  3. Affected ACP is not required as determined by the Pilot-in-Command,

  4. Flight Deck to cabin communication is operative,

  5. A passenger seat in the passenger cabin is made available to an inspector for the performance of official duties,

  6. Alternate procedures are established and used,

  7. Required minimum safety equipment (safety belt and oxygen) is available,

  8. Seat is acceptable to the inspector for performance of official duties, and

  9. Repairs are made within two (2) flight days.

NOTE 1: These provisos are intended to provide for occupancy of the above seats by an inspector when the minimum safety equipment (oxygen and safety belt) is functional and the inspector determines the condition to be acceptable.

NOTE 2: The pilot-in-command will determine if the minimum safety equipment is functional for other persons authorized to occupy any observer seat(s).



Flight crew will ensure:

  1. Pilot and Copilot ACP’s are operative,

  2. OBSERVER ACP:

REER D-7, is pulled and collared,

  1. Affected ACP is not required as determined by the Pilot-in-Command,

  2. Flight Deck to cabin communication is operative, and

  3. Alternate procedures are established and used.

TCAS Fail

(O) Aeroplane may be dispatched provided:

  1. System is deactivated and secured by pulling and collaring TCAS: POP, F-2 circuit breaker. Flight crew may accomplish this task if properly qualified and authorized,

  2. En route or approach procedures do not require its use, and

  3. Repairs are made within two (2) flight days.

Flight crew will ensure:

    1. System is deactivated and secured by pulling and collaring TCAS Power POP, F-2 circuit breaker, and

b) En route or approach procedures do not require its use.

TCAS FAIL

  1. System is deactivated and secured by pulling and collaring TCAS: POP, F-2 circuit breaker. Flight crew may accomplish this task if properly qualified and authorized,

a) At least one (1) radio altimeter is operative,

b) Alternate procedures are established and used,

c) Flight crew comply with AFM/AOM guidance in windshear situations and recommended procedures when encountering windshear, and

d) Repairs are made within two (2) flight days.

NOTE: Operator’s alternate procedures should include reviewing windshear avoidance and windshear recovery procedures.



Flight crew will comply with AFM/AOM guidance in windshear situations and recommended procedures when encountering windshear and verify both radio altimeters are valid.

WINDSHEAR FAIL

Flight crew will ensure inoperative servo YAW DAMPER SERVO #1: POP, D-6 or

YAW DAMPER SERVO #2: CPOP, D-6 circuit breaker is pulled and collared.



50 HZ Power Fail, L-R

(O) Aeroplane may be dispatched provided:

a) L FREQ CONV: Left PDB or R FREQ CONV: Right PDB circuit breaker is pulled and collared. Flight crew may accomplish this task if properly qualified and authorized,

b) Flight crew brief passengers on items that are inoperative with the failure of the power source for cabin entertainment, and

c) Backup battery is available if EFB is used.



Flight crew will pull and collar affected L FREQ CONV: Left PDB or R FREQ CONV: Right PDB circuit breaker. Flight crew will brief the passengers on the items that are inoperative with the failure of the power source for cabin entertainment.

60 HZ Power Fail, L-R

c) Backup battery is available if EFB is used.
