4-9.1 Mission

To plan, coordinate and supervise USMA alumni affairs; to coordinate all aspects of the Academy’s Private Gift Program with the Department of the Army, donors, the USMA Association of Graduates, and USMA staffs; to manage the development of USMA policies for gifts to the institution; to plan and coordinate requirements for private funding; to monitor procedures governing gifts to the AOG West Point Fund; and to serve as the principal link between USMA and AOG.


4-9.2. Functions

a. Serves as USMA’s primary liaison office with the AOG on all alumni and gift matters and

coordinates with AOG to document and appropriately publicize projects requiring private funding.

b. Plans, coordinates, supervises and executes all alumni activities of USMA, to include class reunions, Homecoming, Founders Day, alumni portion of Graduation Week, Alumni Golf Tournament, Thayer Award Ceremony, Grad March Back, and other special alumni events.

c. Recommends policies and programs dealing with alumni matters and coordinates the execution of approved policies.

d. Provides guidance to activity chiefs on gift fund planning, programming and budgeting. Provides advice to the Superintendent concerning the allocation and use of gift funds. Provides oversight of endowment funds held by the USMA Association of Graduates to include spending and investment policies. Monitors execution of gift funds. Provides cost analysis and budget guidance for major gift-funded construction projects

e. Acts as the primary POC for all USMA activities for gift/grant acceptance and ensures proper approval authority is obtained for all gifts offered to or accepted by the U.S. Military Academy.

f. Develops the USMA gift management policy for oversight of gift projects.

g. Coordinates USMA gift projects between USMA, donors, AOG, and DA as required.

h. Identifies institutional requirements that require funding from private sources and maintains detailed register of all authorized USMA gift needs.

i. Plans, coordinates and supervises the receipt and expenditure of donor funds from AOG for USMA projects.

j. Serves as custodian of the Military Academy/Corps of Cadets (MA/CC) Fund.

k. Formulates policy pertaining to West Point Fund donor relationships including donor recognition, Academic Individual Advanced Development (AIAD) processing, and MA/CC fund administration.

l. Identifies projects/programs requiring gift fund support, prioritizes USMA needs, and provides direction for AOG fund raising campaigns.

m. Coordinates construction and planning details with DHPW and user organizations for all facilities constructed with private funds.

n. Maintains maintenance oversight for all gift projects at West Point and executes maintenance contracts, as appropriate.

o. Administers a funding program that distributes and accounts for private funding for all USMA agencies.

p. Coordinates stewardship reporting among DAA, USMA activities, AOG, and major donors.

q. Proponent for USMA Regulation 1-4, Memorialization and Recognition Program.

r. Proponent for USMA Regulation 1-50, Thayer Award.

s. Proponent for USMA Regulation 1-54, Golf Tournament.

t. Proponent for USMA Regulation 1-60, USMA Gift Maintenance Policy.

u. Proponent for USMA Regulation 1-100, USMA Gift Program.

v. Conducts extensive coordination with the US Army Garrison, West Point, on gift programs and projects, alumni events, MA/CC gift fund management, stewardship requirements, etc.

Adjutant General




Control

Coordination




4-10. Mission

To plan, administer and supervise administrative services and military personnel service support, which includes officer and enlisted strength management for the West Point Community. To manage soldier programs and provide direct military personnel service to all assigned, tenant, and attached units at USMA. To provide retirement, retention, personnel processing, records management, casualty assistance reporting services. To coordinate and participate in graduation and other ceremonial events. To advise the staff and faculty on all matters pertaining to the Adjutant General’s activities in support of the United States Military Academy's mission.


4-10.1. Functions

a. Proponent for USMA policy on military personnel issues. Advises the USMA leadership on military personnel management and policy matters.

b. Serves as Secretary to the Cadet Awards Committee.

c. Serves as advisor to the Installation Officer Professional Development Council.

d. Coordinates promotion, award, and retirement ceremonies presided over by the Superintendent and Chief of Staff.

e. Details colonels and sergeants major to represent the Superintendent at funerals at West Point.

f. Releases command correspondence.

g. Coordinates the Graduation and Awards Convocation ceremonies. Provides a Graduation Project Officer.

h. Reports to the Chief of Staff on officer personnel management.

i. Serves as Building Commandant for Building 622.


4-10.2. Retention Offices

a. Manages the USMA Total Army Retention Program, both Active and Reserve Components. Coordinates and reports directly to HQDA on issues concerning the Total Army Retention Program. Make recommendations to HQDA on major problems, suggestions, publicity and other methods for improving the Total Army Retention Program. Implements and supports an aggressive Total Army Retention Program and requires subordinate commanders to do the same by assigning fair share objectives.

b. Provides retention/transition counseling and career guidance to soldiers assigned or attached to USMA. Ensures all qualified soldiers declining reenlistment in the active Army are informed of the benefits of reserve component membership and are encouraged to enlist/transfer into an USAR or ARNG unit. Provides guidance for subordinate commanders and commanders of other MACOMs assigned or attached to USMA who require assistance in establishment and management of their Total Army Retention Programs.

c. Conducts quarterly staff assistance visits to ensure that all assigned unit retention programs comply with regulatory guidance and command directives. Specific attention is given to objective accomplishments, bars to reenlistments, timely reenlistment interviews, and other such subjects.

d. Provides training seminars to commanders, retention NCOs, cadets, and any interested personnel on matters relating to the Active Component Retention and the Reserve Component Transition Programs.

e. Manages the USMA retention budget in support of both the Active and Reserve Component missions.

f. Manages the USMA Reclassification Program, for all soldiers’ who request voluntary reclassification or who are involuntarily directed by HRC to reclassify (to include those soldiers recommended for reclassification by an MMRB).
4-10.3. Strength Management Division

a. Manages the overall officer and enlisted strength for USMA.

b. Serves as Deputy AG and assumes duties as the Adjutant General in his absence.

c. Supervises six civilian employees and one noncommissioned officer in their duties.

d. Oversees and ensures mission accomplishment in Administrative Services Branch and Personnel Management.

e. Exercises command for the purpose of operational control over the USMA Student Detachment, USMA Exchange Officer Detachment, and USMA Holding Detachment.


4-10.3.1. Administrative Services Branch

a. Plans and executes the Cadet Awards Convocation, Donor’s Luncheon, and Donor’s Reception.

b. Proponent for the Superintendent's Award.

c. Coordinates the cadet graduation ceremonies to include speaker’s platform activities and presentation of diplomas.

d. Maintains accountability and control of the Cadet Awards.

e. Prepares administrative orders and the post bulletin.

f. Prepares committee orders at the USMA.

g. Releases command correspondence.

h. Furnishes replacement diplomas and commissioning certificates.

i. Edits and authenticates all USMA regulations and supplements to Army regulations.

j. Proponent for USMA Regulation 672-2, Decorations, Awards and Honors - Cadet Awards Program.

k. Monitors expenditures of AG Budget

l. Manages the Combined Federal Campaign for USMA.
4-10.3.2. Personnel Management Branch

a. Manages assignment and utilization of Commissioned Officer and Enlisted personnel. Develops policy for the Superintendent on officer tour lengths, personnel management and utilization.

b. Proponent for the USMA Sponsorship Program, which is governed by USMA Regulation
612-1, The Army Sponsorship Program.

c. Monitors and provides reports to the Superintendent on the status of Staff and Faculty composition with regard to demographic balance and source of commission balance.

d. Processes Commissioned Officer and Enlisted (strength-related) personnel actions and enlisted reclassification actions.

e. Manages Commissioned Officer promotions, command boards, promotion boards, and school selections.

f. Performs as USMA Liaison Officer with DA Education Branch on Civil Schools issues.

g. Develops and coordinates the personnel portions of OPLANS for mobilization. During exercises, act as the principal player for military personnel matters.

h. Manages the USMA “Blue Book.”

i. Processes assignments for separating cadets with service obligations.

j. Conducts MOS Medical Retention Board (MMRB) for the installation, tenant activities and USAR/ARNG units in the USMA Medical Treatment Facility area of responsibility.

k. Proponent for personnel assets inventories (PAI) for USMA assigned units.


Chapter 4-11

Public Affairs Office

4-11. Mission

To communicate the mission of West Point so that the American public is made fully aware of USMA and its value to the Nation in order to insure adequate public support and to obtain quality youth as potential leaders of character for the Army and the Nation.


4-11.1. Functions

a. Provides advice and counsel to command and staff, to include the US Army Garrison, West Point, regarding public affairs issues.

b. Provides a full range of public affairs support to the US Army Garrison, West Point.

c. Directs the operation of the USMA public information program to include direct liaison with representatives of communications media. Coordinates, prepares and disseminates all general news releases, special features. Responds to media queries.

d. Directs the operation of the USMA community relations program. Publicizes official visits, coordinates ceremonies and USMA support for community activities, serves as liaison with Parents Clubs, operates Speakers Bureau, disseminates general visitor information and directs the operation of the Visitors Center.

e. Directs the operation of the USMA command information program to include the preparation and publication of the post newspaper (the Pointer View), command information news and entertainment programming for broadcast on the post radio station and the command information television stations.

f. Directs the operation of the USMA Strategic Communications program to include seeking media and public opportunities by which to publicize the USMA. Executes the USMA Strategic Communications plan. Researches potential media opportunities.

g. Directs the operation of the USMA athletic media relations program to include media coverage of intercollegiate sports, preparation of sports programs and media guides and preparation and dissemination of external releases concerning intercollegiate athletics.

h. Provides public affairs support for all Force Protection and security issues.

i. Coordinates special book, film, radio and television projects involving USMA.

j. Conducts long-range public affairs strategic planning, to include evaluation of current programs.

k. Prepares written material for the Superintendent, Dean and Commandant, as required.

l. Serves as coordinator for the Civilian Public Affairs Committee; organizes CPAC meetings; keeps membership informed regarding the Academy.

m. Provides administrative services to include staff actions, personnel matters, property accountability, supply, funds management and submission of recurring reports.

n. Coordinates Community Relations Council.

o. Oversees the PAO Worldwide Web Homepage and provides guidance and content for the USMA Homepage.

p. Responds to specific queries and requests for information from various publics.

q. Provides Public Affairs training to military and civilian personnel.

r. Provides USMA Command Brief to visiting official guests and dignitaries.
4-11.2. Command Information Branch

a. Develops, supervises and evaluates the USMA Command Information Program to provide accurate and timely information to soldiers, cadets, civilian employees, retirees, family and community members and other internal publics.

b. Supports communication between command elements to include the U.S. Army Garrison, West Point, to satisfy the information requirements and needs of the internal audience as well as strengthen their knowledge and support of the USMA and U.S. Army, thus enhancing overall mission accomplishment.

c. Prepares and publishes the post newspaper, the Pointer View.

d. Coordinates procurement of Soldiers Radio and Television news and other programming for use on the post radio and closed circuit television stations.

e. Provides radio and television news and features to Soldiers Radio and Television for worldwide broadcast and provides television features to the Pentagon Channel.

f. In coordination with the USMA DOIM and DA command information sources, prepares local news and entertainment programming for broadcast on the post radio and closed circuit television stations.

g. Maintains the USMA Community Bulletin Board on the public access cable station.

h. Coordinates with various USMA agencies to provide coverage of newsworthy events and activities for internal audiences.

i. Provides editorial material and coordinates with Directorate of Contracting for commercial enterprise publication of the USMA Unofficial Guide and Directory.

j. Coordinates the activities of the WKDT Cadet Radio Club.

k. Maintains the USMA information update telephone line.

l. Provides local radio and television stations with post status information.

m. ICW, Force Protection Office, provides current force protection and security information to the West Point community.


4-11.3. Community Relations Branch

a. Develops, supervises and evaluates the USMA Community Relations Program for internal and external audiences to enhance public understanding.

b. Acts as the command's liaison with national, state and local government officials, businesses, professional and civic associations, community leaders, veterans and military related organizations. Coordinates ceremonies and other events at USMA for these groups.

c. Operates the Visitors Center.

d. Develops, executes and evaluates the USMA Parents Club program.

e. Disseminates information to the public concerning visits to USMA, to include bus permits, tour information and security requirements. Evaluates requests for exceptions to policy. Provides information flow about the general public to the force protection contractor and Academy Intelligence Officer.

f. Researches and responds to queries from the general public, members of state government and members of Congress to include requests for specific information about USMA and the Army. Prepares responses for the signatures of all levels of the USMA Staff, frequently for the Superintendent.

g. Coordinates appropriate group visits to USMA.

h. Operates a Speakers' Bureau to support requests from military and civilian agencies for USMA guest speakers.

i. Coordinates band, sport parachute, color guard appearances and other West Point resources in response to requests from neighboring communities.

j. Functions in oversight role of the commercial tour operation at West Point; serves as Contracting Officer Representative.

k. Reviews, evaluates and provides recommendations concerning the effect of USMA activities and events on local communities.

l. Coordinates special commemorative efforts for USMA.

m. Oversees Community Relations Council.

n. Maintains/updates special event exhibits.

4-11.4. Public Information Branch

a. Serves as the primary liaison between the local, national and international media and West Point in order to develop public understanding and support for the USMA.

b. Develops, supervises and evaluates the USMA Public Information Program.

c. Receives, staffs and responds to general news queries; serves as official Academy spokespersons.

d. Coordinates visits and escorts media representatives who are preparing news and feature articles and radio/television broadcasts about USMA.

e. Prepares and disseminates a wide variety of informational material, to include news releases, media advisories, information papers and fact sheets that accurately portray the Academy to the media and general public.

f. Maintains liaison with the communications media, USMA offices and DA/DOD agencies.

g. Coordinates appearances of USMA personnel on broadcast media.

h. Conducts news conferences for major events.

i. Prepares information packets for major news events.

j. Provides historical documentation of media coverage.

k. Conducts and supervises the Army Hometown News Release Program and Hometown Radio and Television taped interviews.

l. Monitors and coordinates clearance of manuscripts that are prepared by USMA personnel.

m. Coordinates the preparation and placement of feature stories about USMA into external media.

n. Supervises the Cadet Media Club.

o. Maintains stock photographs and video footage for publication/broadcast support.

p. Conducts media analysis of significant issues impacting the Academy and provides recommendations for media engagement.

q. Monitors and tracks media trends and current issues.


4-11.5. Strategic Communications Branch

a. Develops, supervises and evaluates the USMA Strategic Communications program, to include developing strategic communications goals and identifying target audience.

b. Develops key messages to accomplish strategic communications goals, to include analysis of key differentiating positions.

c. Identifies key influencers to audiences and communication goals.

d. Identifies and articulates the USMA brand identity.

e. Identifies barriers and threats to communication strategic goals.

f. Receives, staffs and responds to general public and media queries.

g. Coordinates media visits and escorts media representatives who are preparing news and feature articles and television programs.

h. Provides information, digital photographic support and requested material for public information purposes.

i. Prepares and disseminates media advisories and releases to specific regional and national media outlets to publicize USMA.

j. Researches and pitches story ideas to targeted media agencies.

k. Coordinates special appearances for the cadet color guard, glee club and drill team to perform at targeted events.

l. Organizes appropriate group visits to provide information to influential audiences about USMA.

m. Provides support for special commemorative events; seeks media attention regionally and nationally.

n. Composes correspondence and provides photographs for selected guests of Superintendent.

o. Receives, monitors and publicizes cadet volunteer community service projects.

p. Manages the USMA external website.

q. Plans and coordinates photo updates; develops edits and designs content for USJMA external website.

r. Develops, coordinates and maintains display material for use at special events to include AUSA Annual Convention.
4-11.6. Athletic Media Relations Branch

a. Communicates information about the USMA Intercollegiate Athletic program meets the regulatory guidance of the NCAA, Conference USA, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, ECAC and the Patriot League.

b. Develops, supervises and evaluates the USMA Athletic Media Relations Program.

c. Provides publicity for the full range of intercollegiate sports at USMA.

d. Coordinates all print and broadcast coverage of Army intercollegiate teams to include interviews with coaches, players and administrators.

e. Makes external news releases of results of varsity and junior varsity contests.

f. Prepares programs for most varsity athletic events held at West Point.

g. Prepares and publishes media guides for USMA varsity sports teams.

h. Maintains the Worldwide Web Homepage for Army Athletics.

i. Coordinates photographic support of sports for promotions and publications.

j. Maintains statistics for all intercollegiate sports competitions.

k. Operates the press box at Michie Stadium and Holleder Center for all USMA home football, lacrosse, basketball and hockey games. Provides media support for other sports, including baseball and softball.

l. Provides sports articles and photographs for use in the Command Information Program.

m. Maintains extensive historical data and photo files in support of publications, media requests, etc.


Chapter 4-12

Military Equal Opportunity Office

4-12.1. Mission

To support the mission of the United States Military Academy by ensuring equitable treatment and opportunity for all members of the West Point community; incorporate the ideas of Equal Opportunity (EO) program to foster cohesion and enhance teamwork.


4-12.2. Functions

a. Advises the Superintendent, Garrison Commander, Major Activity Directors and battalion level Commanders on EO and Human Relations matters.

b. Makes recommendations to address trends and promote a positive organization climate.

c. Assists the command and Human Relations coordinators in developing an Equal Opportunity Action Plan. Monitors command progress toward achieving Equal Opportunity Action Plan (EOAP) goals.

d. Collects, organizes, and interprets demographic data concerning all aspects of EO climate assessments.

e. Attends subordinate unit EO and Human Relations training to assist in guiding their EO programs.

f. Proponent for USMA Regulation 80-01.

g. Proponent for the West Point Equal Opportunity Program Policy.

h. Proponent for the West Point Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy.

i. Proponent for the West Point Equal Opportunity/ Sexual Harassment Complaint Procedure Policy.

j. Proponent for the USMA Sexual Misconduct Report (SMR) Reporting Procedures Policy #109-03.

k. Prepares and submits to higher Headquarters the Quarterly and Annual Narrative Statistical Report.

l. Conducts informative Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) and Equal Opportunity Representative (EOR) quarterly seminars to ensure EO personnel are aware of the current policies and trends to assist in their training program development in subordinate units.

m. Educates senior leaders in the area of diversity through executive level seminars.

n. Assists the command in coordinating and conducting eight DoD recognized ethnic observances

annually to further cultural awareness and cohesiveness as outlined in table 6-1 of AR 600-20.

o. Reviews all formal complaints and interview complainants prior to referral and assist commanders or other agencies receiving complaints in processing IAW AR 600-20.

p. Assists Commanders and Major Activity Directors in implementing a Consideration of Others (COO) Program.

q. Conducts/coordinates training for the 80-hour Equal Opportunity Representative Course (EORC).

r. Conducts equal opportunity coordination training at a minimum of once each quarter.

s. Verifies, validates and monitors the equal opportunity advisor manning structures.

t. Provides complete Equal Opportunity service support for U.S. Army Garrison, West Point and

Tenant Units, West Point (per Memorandum of Agreement).

u. Coordinates with USAG, West Point, as required.



Chapter 4-13

Resource Advisor for the Chief of Staff, USMA

4-13-1. Mission

To support the USMA, Chief of Staff and his Activity Directors in financial management matters, manpower related matters and other areas, as required.


4-13-1. Functions

a. Provides financial and manpower advice to the Chief of Staff, USMA and the Activity Directors that fall under him/her. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of the US Account operating budget.

b. Compiles, consolidates, reviews and analyzes budget and manpower estimates for the US Accounts.

c. Assists activities with the development of their individual budget and manpower estimates and identification of Unfinanced Requirements (UFR).

d. Evaluates data submitted for consistency with historical data and anticipates changes in staffing and/or funding levels.

e. Devises data, as required, for inclusion in reports and furnishes proposed resource requirements to the Directorate of Resource Management for approval.

f. Develops short range and long range plans for the expenditure of dollar and manpower resources.

g. Formulates the long range Operational Maintenance Army (OMA) budget estimates for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) as well as the Other Procurement Army (OPA) and Special Programs.

h. Distributes resources to the staff accounts as approved by the Chief of Staff, USMA. Coordinates the staff accounts’ operational requirements with the DRM to include the Mission Service Center and Pay Cell.

i. Monitors staff expenditures for awards, overtime and other payroll related expenses.

j. Provides detail cost reports to the Chief of Staff, USMA on a bi-weekly basis and to the staff on a monthly basis.

k. Participates in the Working and Alternate Program Review Boards meetings.

l. Submits annual obligation plan to the DRM.

m. Participates in the Mid-year, Year-end closure and Joint Review process.

n. Meets with the activities’ Budget POCs to discuss upcoming events and the status of funds for the year of execution and to disseminate information.

o. Coordinates with the activities for their submission to the USMA Command Plan for approval by the Chief of Staff, USMA.

p. Considers the total manpower requirements based on numerous factors such as program/funding ceilings, workload decrease/increase, higher HQ directives, etc.

q. Develops guidance and procedures for resource management programs to include, upgrade review, overtime utilization, and manpower surveys.

r. Serves as the Organizational Defense Travel Agent for the Chief of Staff Accounts. This entails maintaining the DTS personnel database.

s. Provides training to all individuals that travel in the Chief of Staff Accounts on the Defense Travel System.

t. Fund certifies all travel through the Defense Travel System for the Chief of Staff Accounts.

u. Coordinates with the USAG, West Point, as necessary.



Chapter 5

Directorate of Intercollegiate Athletics



5-1. Mission

To contribute to the achievement of the USMA physical program goals by providing cadets the opportunity to compete at their highest level of ability in an array of competitive intercollegiate athletic teams that emphasize “winning championships,” leadership development growth in character, ethical conduct and sportsmanship.


5-2. Functions

a. Represents USMA in intercollegiate athletics.

b. Directs activities of the DIA with policies recommended by the Athletic Committee and approved by the Superintendent, and programs all activities related to intercollegiate athletics.

c. Trains and coaches cadet teams to represent USMA in intercollegiate athletic competition. Recommends to the Superintendent, with the advice of the Athletic Committee, the hiring and dismissal of athletic coaches. Selects and instructs the officer representatives of all sports.

d. Assists the Directorate of Admissions (DAD) in the search for qualified and talented young men and women of high officer potential.

e. Schedules all games and executes all business obligations associated with the games, e.g., ticket sales, team travel arrangements, and contractual agreements with universities, colleges, and/or organizations and businesses.

f. Plans, coordinates, and supervises football pre-game and half-time activities.

g. Operates designated athletic facilities and fields at USMA and maintains and coordinates maintenance of these facilities and fields.

h. Submits to the Superintendent, with the advice of the Athletic Committee, an annual budget to support all intercollegiate athletic activities.

i. Submits detailed quarterly financial statements concerning receipts and expenditures to the Athletic Committee, and refers audit and inspection reports of local and external agencies for the Athletic Committee's review.

j. Provides guidance for the PAO on matters pertaining to Athletics.

k. Emphasizes National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance by imbuing the compliance coordinator with sufficient authority; acts decisively in the face of violations; evaluates employees from the standpoint of compliance.

l. Ensures the directorate’s actions are coordinated appropriately with the US Army Garrison, West Point.
5-3. Associate Director of Athletics & Chief of Staff

a. Direct and coordinate Senior Administrative Staff meetings and matters affecting the internal management of the DIA in the absence of the Director of Athletics.

b. Represents the Director and the DIA at fundraising and alumni/booster groups of the department.

c. Assists with the supervision of fiscal operation of assigned activities in compliance with approved budgets.

d. Serves as the principal military advisor to the DIA. Represents the DIA at the USMA Chief of Staff’s weekly meeting.

e. Responsible for the preparation and tracking of all correspondence, publications, documents and taskings from the Academy Staff to the directorate.

f. Monitors telephone control, and EEO/affirmative action; verifies temporary duty orders, requests for orders, and duty appointments.

g. Maintains the appropriate publications, regulations, and forms required by the DIA.

h. Performs mail functions and coordinates the reproduction services within the DIA. Provides limited typing support to the offices as required.

i. Monitors property accountability of all NAF equipment.

j. Supervises GSA operations; schedules, dispatches and coordinates maintenance of GSA vehicles in compliance with department policy, GSA and NCAA regulations.
5-4. Senior Associate Athletic Director, Internal Operations Division

a. Monitors and coordinates military personnel management and administrative actions including the selection, assignment, and relief of officers.

b. Monitors and coordinates civilian personnel management (AF, NAF) and contract coaches and administrative actions including civilian incentive awards.

c. Establishes with the Associate for Team Operations, the athletic budget for all sports relevant to team lodging and meals, transportation, officials, and guarantees.

d. Interprets and implements the terms of football game contracts.

e. Develops and implements policies and directives for the improvement of financial management procedures throughout DIA and develops special analyses and projects.

f. Ensures compliance with applicable financial and procurement regulations, laws, and policies, and serves as DIA point of contact for all audits and financial inspections.

g. Monitors procurement actions for AF/NAF.

h. Oversees DIA self-service supply and credit card accounts.

i. Manages the operations of the West Point Visitors’ Center and the AAA Gift Shop.
