"Together with the teams from CF Cable, we can now offer a broader range of communications services in an area encompassing 1.4 million homes, or 75 percent of the cable television subscribers in Quebec," said Mr. Chagnon. "But beyond the addition of a large base of subscribers to our operations, we wish to welcome CF Cable employees and subscribers who are joining Videotron. I would like to assure CF Cable subscribers that our objective is to meet their expectations and that, as we do for Videotron subscribers in Quebec and Alberta, we will offer services and programming that takes into account their cultural and entertainment preferences."
Mr. Chagnon reiterated the company's intention to support the new program grid unveiled by CF Cable and to "begin implementing one of our undertakings to Videotron subscribers bordering CF Cable territories such as NDG, Cote St-Luc, Montreal West and Ville St- Pierre by providing them with access to cable programming that better meets their entertainment preferences, namely CF Cable programming." It should be recalled that, following a CRTC decision last February, Groupe Videotron could not exercise control over CF Cable TV and its subsidiaries until after it had sold CFCF-TV and TQS and until after the new owners had obtained approvals for the transfers of their broadcasting licenses.
On the other hand, Groupe Videotron regrets that the CRTC did not allowed to take over Reseau de televison Quatre Saisons (RTQS) which holds a 20 percent interest in Canal Indigo. Groupe Videotron will abide by the decision and initiate the sale of this undertaking to a third party.
Le Groupe Videotron ltee is an international communications company. It has several subsidiaries in Canada, in cable television, telecommunications, television broadcasting and in the development of interactive multimedia services. It owns a private cable television and telephony operation and wireless cable systems in the United States. Its technological know-how acquired with the Videoway multimedia system and its UK integrated cable/telephony experience enables it to play a leading role in the development of the information highway.

Media Cross-Ownership in Canada
1. Views expressed in Canada
by Marie-Hélène Lavoie
* The economic theme
* Socio-political theme
* Journalistic theme
Until very recently, cross-ownership was a fairly specialized aspect of the concern over concentration in the media, but it has taken centre stage in Canada in recent months as the result of three major deals: the purchase of Hollinger daily newspapers by CanWest, owner of Global Television Network; the alliance between the Thomson group, owner of the Globe and Mail, and BCE, the new owner of the CTV network; and, finally, the acquisition of the Vidéotron group (TVA) by Quebecor.
Within a matter of a few months, following the merger of AOL and Time Warner, the Canadian media industry has undergone a profound transformation. Considering the scope of these changes in ownership and the little-known effects of creating very large groups in the print media, television, the Internet and, in two cases, also in the distribution sector (BCE and Quebecor-Vidéotron), very little public commentary has been made. Each deal did give rise to a number of articles, to be sure, but a good many of these simply reported the financial aspects and described the euphoria in business circles in response to these major business transactions. The wave of "convergence" therefore proceeded without provoking much discussion, analysis or questioning.
Be that as it may, a systematic reading of the articles printed over the year in the National Post, the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, La Presse and Le Devoir does however reveal some views on cross-ownership. We have divided these views into three themes: economic, socio-political and journalistic, the latter two being intimately related.
1.1 The economic theme
Discussion of economic aspects predominated in the coverage of the big media deals. This is not surprising since these deals primarily involved changes in businesses. Beyond purely financial considerations, the economic commentaries and analyses dealt especially with the soundness of the shift toward convergence and vertical integration in the media, and with the Canadian media system in the context of globalization.
Barely three years ago, most Canadian media leaders could not see what role the Internet could play in the entertainment industries. Professor and journalist Matthew Fraser remarks on how one of them had said at that time, "The Internet is a good place to buy a shirt - but it will never be an entertainment medium." The major players in the American industry have invested in this new medium in recent years and have made it a central element of their media convergence strategy. The acquisition of the venerable Time Warner by newcomer America Online in January 2000 apparently sent a message about convergence to Canadian firms.
Thus BCE, which until recently was not interested in television or "content" now preaches the virtues of convergence. At its appearance before the CRTC during the review of its acquisition of CTV, last September, the group's president, Jean Monty, stated that BCE must from now on base its strategy on the three c's, namely, "connectivity, content, and commerce." Bell Canada provides "connectivity," CTV, the Globe and Mail and specialized channels provide the "content," and Sympatico delivers electronic commerce.
This very broad vision of convergence, including both the medium and the message, a now familiar equation, was also adopted by Quebecor, in partnership with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. By purchasing Vidéotron, Quebecor acquired control over the prime television network in Quebec, TVA, and equally over a large cable distribution firm that includes Internet access infrastructure, the "key strategic component" Quebecor was missing, as Pierre-Karl Péladeau noted in

Allright folks....here is another conspiracy for you....help me to figure this one out. PLEASE --
This GAALT Thread has been played with HEAVILY, and even Censored perhaps, who knows???
Maybe i'm hallucinating or something???
Check this out!!!
All the threads were originally posted on 4-12-08 . Proof of this is the fact that along with the posts, someone re-registered the name GAALT on the internet who is. This happened on 4-13-08
The threads run along this timeline for some time. Page 1, Page 2, and Page 3 are all on 4-12-08, 4-13-08, 4-14, then Page 4 contains posts from 4-14 and 4-17-08,
THEN SOMEONE FROM GAALT POSTS ANONYMOUSLY ABOUT WORKING INSIDE GAALT AND THE POST DATE IS 3-10-08.
"posted on 3-10-2008 @ 03:03 PM single this post "quote"REPLY TO:
hi guys,
i really need to be kept anonomous on this one.
a few years back, i was heavily involved with gaalt industries and don beatty, jr. iwas heavily involved with one of gaalt industries spin-off companies that was responsible for developing the ill-fated cyberclinic.
i worked on developing a financing package presentation that was to finance the manufacture of the cyberclinics. i also provided a lot of input for the cyberclinic financing/budget manual. contrary to some information i've seen, the cyberclinic was a damn good idea. it's method of manufacture and field assembbly was really pretty basic. and the operation and function of cyberclinic was really well thought out by dr. hugh maguire. the cyberclinic was to have been been connected together by it's own private computer network.
back to don beatty. he has a military background that took him heavily in surveilence work. hence the reason for many of his devices. i'd really like to be able to tell you the reason for a lot
as in beginning, please keep this information anonomous.
just from someone who was inside gaalt industries for a few years."
NEXT...., the posts are all from 3-10-08
and then, therre are NO POSTS on page 4 until my first post about conxposer being kicked off ATS. Date of posts says 4-10-08 (HOW CAN THAT BE?)
Next.....the post on Page 5 says 10-27-08 and is talks about freedomdomain being OFFLINE.
What happened here??? Can anyone explain this to me? The lapse of dates and it all started with this anonymous poster who worked for GAALT ???

another point which is interesting is that the person who re-registered GAALT recently, put the same information back up about the company, Which leads me to believe that they are involved with the company in some way.
Any thoughts?

I'm wonderiing if the person who worked for GAALT and posted here on ATS also WORKS FOR ATS ???
If not, then how come all the posts are altered in their posting time sequence starting with the anonymous poster through my first post?
Who could have altered the time stamps or changed the post order or altered the posts in any way, unless the ATS system was hacked, and why would someone from the outside, who is not involved in this do this to the arrangement?
Who's interest is this in for this to be done?
I would assume GAALT would have done this, but the remaining question is, was it done from someone in ATS or was ATS hacked by a GAALT character?
and if so, for what reason?

Well, we can now add the movie "Bloodline" to the puzzle as well.
What is ultimately revealed is that the Catholic Church at the highest level is ACTUALLY the Priory of Sion.
Thats because the Morovingian bloodline usurped the Catholic Church n the 15 or 1600's.
Since we can see now that the bloodline is trying desperately to get their message out, I wonder how much influence they have at ATS, and with the company GAALT ???
My main questions are : If the bloodline is of (some say) Reptilian heritage, then how could they not stop the Sprigsteens from embezzeling their assets?
Reptilian stuff aside, Are the Payseurs still involved and to what degree?
Do the Beattys and the Close Family work together at this time? How well connected are they?
The Springs company is Worldwide and BIG. The Beattys no longer appear to be that powerful. Is this by design and intentional?
Davinci Code Decoded - www.freedomdomain.com...
This guy has tons of stuff here on the Bloodline Family throughout history.
Anyone else seen this or studying this connection?
