Decision rule Act so that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in that of another, always as an end
and never as a means only” Treat people as if they have rationality, not merely as a means.

Who belongs in list
Principal winners/losers → Think about the parties who are going to be affected insignificant ways. Animate players → real people. Corporation does not feel pain or psychological effects. Humans are the only beings who have moral standings. Only humans welfare should betaken into consideration. Parties whose welfare is affected, not the parties agents → ie, homeless people, not advocacy group.
