In the replies to balance diet, it is obvious to observe that all of the respondents are concern to have a balanced diet. As they have different perceptions towards vegetarians whether having a proper balanced diet, such as ‘protein can be supplemented from beans’, ‘vegetarians are stronger’, ‘lack of meat eating may cause nutrition loss and degeneration of body parts’ and ‘normal people would not pay great attention to different vegan food’. As a result, female respondents will be more accepted to have balance diet with consuming vegan food. Conversely, male respondents take a stand against of vegetarians having a balance diet.
