Products
We will make changes to DTS application in the following three aspects to make it more attractive to our targeting Gen Z customers.
Video’s part: We will make the video follow the trend more closely. For example, during the regular season of the NFL from May to December, videos about rugby or rugby related products are released every week on the game day or the day after the game day. During the NLF postseason from January to February, we will release relevant videos every day until one week after the super bowl is finished, because the NFL is the most popular sports game among Gen Z (Figure 2).
We will plan, shoot and release videos about celebrities to take advantage of the influence of celebrities among Gen Z. As a start-up company, we will first develop joint videos with Instagram influencers and YouTube influencers instead of traditional TV celebrities.
Game’s part: The current games are basically the single-player easy games, while the multiplayer games that are more challenging should be added into the game’s part. The multiplayer games should contain competitive elements or teamwork elements, which will make the games more attractive and give users a chance to meet new friends by playing together and add each other in to the friends list. Due to the changing difficulty, users can earn more clouts by playing the multiplayer games as well.
