The 3 year weighted average sales volume was $6,769,667 (Table 19: Base Year Income Forecast for Valuation Purposes) and as such we identified 4 transactions that had similar sales volume profiles. The final analysis resulted in a mean sales price to gross sales multiple of 0.17 and a mean sales price to discretionary earnings multiple of 2.23. The valuator felt that 4 transactions were not broad enough for this to be given further consideration. Given the volume of sales for the company, the valuator chose 0.35 as a multiple for sales price to gross sales and 3.73 as the multiple for sales price to discretionary earnings. This is a result of more observations to consider. The total IBA database transactions reported in SIC code 1711 were further analyzed using the reported geographic region as the primary sorting characteristic. We identified 18 transactions that were reported in the
