Films representing 19 states and 11 countries will be screened over the Labor Day weekend event. Billed as “Florida’s answer to the Cannes Film Festival. Winner of prestigious international and national awards, such as “Top 25 Film Festivals To Submit To In The World,” by Movie Maker Magazine. Attending this year’s event will be filmmakers, industry producers and several actors from featured films, short films, and documentaries.

The Global Peace Film Festival is a six-day film festival that presents films from around the world. Educational workshops/panels that are free to the public enhance the program. The festival opens with a free public outdoor screening. School programs include a K-12 Peace Art Exhibit for local students.
