The mechanism of consuming Realeyes’ eye-tracking services in Australia forms the core of this section. The figure 15, a Venn diagram, shows how the different stakeholders are involved in an eye-tracking service flow initiated by Realeyes.
Realeyes’ direct and indirect competitors can also become Realeyes’ potential partners and share services. The various marketing communication agencies can either partner or be Realeyes’ pathway to clientele, since the agencies are affiliated to market research firms that might seek the services of Realeyes. The ad agencies might also seek eye-tracking services from Realeyes. If Realeyes forms technology/service Partners as illustrated, they can also provide Realeyes with new business opportunities.
The process start with Realeyes initiating interest with a client that is either:
A member of Realeyes’ existing business network
New client that approaches or is approached by Realeyes
A client introduced by a new Australian partner or via a marketing agency
Either way, when the contract is signed-off between client and Realeyes, further requirement gathering would resume. Depending on the type of media, the on-site data-collection process is seconded to the Realeyes-Australia staff member. The collected results are passed on to the Realeyes team for specialist analysis. Reports and heat-maps are accordingly prepared and posted online. Alternatively, the reports may be presented formally by Realeyes-Australian staff or Realeyes’ sales director to the client. The whole process from order through delivery would be estimated to take up to 6 business days.
