Responsibilities are, finding suitable training programmes for Employee Training and Organizational development and suitable measures for designing and implementing training programme. Evaluating and to strengthen the weak area of employees by using research method, data collection is done and the data is analysis using two methods tabular and percentage analysis method by selecting fifty samples, analyzed and perform findings, suggestion were given for twenty one questioner. The project required to fully justifying my decision, particularly in relation to Training and Development Programme given to employee is effective.
