On November 7, members of Ocean City High School’s Key Club met at the Asbury Methodist Church in Atlantic City to feed the poor. The day began with the students arranging tables, rolling silverware, and setting tables, while a line formed outside. At noon, the doors opened to the city’s hungry residents and the Ocean City Key Clubbers served drinks and food to over 170 people. In addition to a hot meal, the students provided their guests with warm jackets, smiles, and encouraging words. The Key Club hopes to continue serving the community with hands on events like feeding those in need.
