Proxemics: the branch of knowledge that deals with the amount of space that people feel it necessary to set between themselves and others.
Chronemics: is the study of the use of time in nonverbal communication. The way that an individual would perceive and value time, structure our time and react to time is a powerful communication tool, and helps set the stage for the communication process.

Public communication happens when individuals and groups engage in a dialogue in the public sphere in order to deliver a message to a specific audience.
