General R/T rules:
All described phrases (UK RT are examples, which may or may not be used during every approach to the full extent but abbreviated as deemed necessary by the controller).
Radio transmissions shall be given at least every 5 seconds during final approach. If an interruption longer than 5 seconds occurs before passing 500ft AGL, a radio check may be initiated by the pilot. If this check is not confirmed positively immediately, a missed approach shall be performed.
A missed approach shall be performed, if a transmission failure / interruption occurs below 500ft AGL and the approach cannot continued visually.
