May 13, Mr. Robert Wickham, Claims Manager
Grove Insurance 2nd Street North
Minneapolis, MN Dear Mr. Wickham:
Thank you for the opportunity to discuss Grove Insurance’s business and the Adjuster position in the Claims Department today. I was particularly impressed to witness the intake telephone call and could see that Grove is committed to providing its customers with excellent service. As we discussed, my past position as a customer service representative in a busy retail store has provided me with the skill and experience to handle such situations with finesse.
As I left the interview, I was reminded of a time that illustrated my ability to multitask under a tight deadline. As part of a team writing a research report fora class project, I stepped into cover the absence of several members of the group who became ill three days before the project was due. While completing my section, I also edited and proofread my teammates sections and created the PowerPoint for the oral presentation. This was particularly challenging because I was simultaneously working at a part-time job. I am pleased to say we turned the project in on time and earned an AI am eager to become part of such an established and respected company and hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Martina Sanchez
