This is the municipal bungalows and is most basic budget accommodation.
It is neat and clean, but there are no luxuries like Wi-Fi and TV; except for the 4 luxury Moonvalley bungalows that each has a TV. Each bungalow has a fitted kitchenette with the basic necessities e.g. stove, fridge, cutlery, crockery, etc.
