It contains all the technology and tools required to treat hearing loss and tinnitus simultaneously and effectively – all while giving audiologists the freedom to follow their preferred tinnitus management philosophy. A comprehensive package of support and counseling material allows them to either fine-tune their expertise or add tinnitus management to their skills.   2. This was an article which was published on August 12, 2014 by PRNewswire which states that a new Roger technology allowed people with hearing loss to surpass the normal hearing in noise. At noise levels of 65dB and higher (similar to noise level in a restaurant setting), people with hearing loss using Roger performed better in the speech recognition test (laboratory test in which user recognizes and repeats words they hear) than those with normal hearing. At a noise level of 75dB, those with hearing loss achieved 69% accurate word recognition compared with only 7% by people with normal hearing.148
