Participate in the QRA for Faraskour Nodal Compression station Provide technical and operational expertise in design verification stage Act as MOC champion/ gatekeeper to ensure MOC completion before the change is implemented and timely completion of pre and post startup action items Approve MOC changes and identify opportunities for improvement Support project managers and site teams to deliver Risk Assessments and PSM deliverables required as part of project execution. The definer and owner of the Performance Standards for the resultant Safety Critical Elements (SCE). Provide incident investigation training to employees, managers, and external partners/contractors Lead root cause analysis of process safety incidents and communicate findings Track incident investigation completion, action items, and findings Report monthly incident investigations to the site and KPIs to the management Lead and participate in site operational audits. Participate in the site’s preparation for and track closure of Process Safety audit findings. Perform quarterly internal PSM system audits Maintains technical integrity by identifying and mitigating risks to assure the safety of continued operation with known defects. Participates in safety meetings, audits and action audit recommendations to assure the safety of continued operations. Participates in the identification of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incident investigations. Develops and implements ongoing review of pipeline monitoring and maintenance systems. Analyze internal and external near hits, lifesaving rule violations, high potential and other incidents for immediate and root causes to prevent similar occurrences on site. Download 67.18 Kb.
