Review and approval of all Process Engineering deliverables i.e. front-end studies and participate in facilities design review, safety case review, process simulations.

Preparation of technical documentation to demonstrate platform compliance to API-14 C standard.

Review and approve safety requirements (relief and blow down philosophy, drain philosophy, flare dispersion calculation, fire and gas detection layout, hazards area, protection system philosophy i.e. fire, produce safety and environmental case). Development of safety procedures to use during pre-commissioning & commissioning activities
