INTERNET DELIVERY CHALLENGES Although often referred to as a single entity, the Internet is actually composed of thousands of different networks, each providing access to a small percentage of end users Even the largest network has only about 5% of Internet access traffic, and percentages drop off sharply from there (see Figure 1).
