(2) Printing approved, except part of the Arabic which should be done as corrected at foot" initiated & dated "27 3 99". Despite these endorsements no 5m card was ever issued & indeed no Camel Postman cards were issued until 1907, 8 years ago! F-VF reply card some spotting. Unique specialist items.
