NOTICE OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF
INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Resolution L-472 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Safety and Enforcement Division’s investigation of an electrical incident that occurred on
July 24, 2013 at Gerald Desmond Bridge, in Long Beach, California.
On May 22, 2015, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code
§ 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments shall be served no later than June 15, 2015, and reply comments shall be served no later than June 19, 2015.
Resolution L-472 will be on the agenda at the June 25, 2015 Commission meeting. The Commission may then vote on this draft resolution, or it may postpone a vote.
When the Commission acts on the draft resolution, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare its own order. Only when the Commission acts does the resolution become binding on the parties.

The Division of Water and Audits has prepared Proposed Resolution W-5045 for the June 25, 2015, Commission Meeting. Proposed Resolution W-5045 authorizes North Gualala Water Company a general rate increase to produce additional annual revenue of $190,390, or 20.77%, for Test Year 2015, and to amortize its Water Supply Compliance Memorandum Account for the expenses associated with the State Water Resources Control Board’s Orders WR 2001-14 and WR 2009-0036.
