Program’s MDA is a member of the DBSMC • Investment Review Board: Advisory body to the DEPSECDEF • Prioritizes requirements • Provides oversight of processes and procedures • Reviews Problem Statements • Functional Sponsors: Responsibilities include: • Representing user interests • Ensuring DBS investments are funded • Verifying requirements are met for IOC • Developing Problem Statements • Working with PMs to develop Business Cases
