7. Criteria for Extension of Approval 7.1. Every modification of the vehicle or REESS type with regard to this Standard shall be notified to the Test Agency which approved the vehicle or REESS type. The Test Agency may then either 7.1.1. Consider that the modifications made are unlikely to have an appreciable adverse effect and that in any case the vehicle or the REESS still complies with the requirements, or
24 7.1.2. Require a further testing by Test Agency for necessary compliance of vehicle or REESS to this standard.
