Responsible for all aspects of the girl’s side of the club, which includes the following: hiring a coaching staff, coaching education, developing curriculum, coaching/training all competitive teams, running various player development programs.


Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, Austin Peay State University, April 2007 – June 2007

Assisted head coach in all facets of the women’s soccer program at an NCAA Division I institution (i.e. training, conditioning, GK training, recruiting, camps, budget, scheduling, and fundraising).


Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Erskine College, March 2004 – March 2007

Coach and manage all aspects of the women’s soccer team at an NCAA Division II institution. Team received NSCAA Team Academic Award for having a 3.25 GPA as well as the NSCAA Team Ethics/Sportsmanship Award. Had several players recognized as All Conference (CVAC) and brought team from last place (12th) to 5th place in a year with only a little less than three athletic scholarships. Also responsible for locker room renovations.


State ODP Coaching Staff, South Carolina Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA), August 2004 – March 2007

Coach the 1988 GODP team in 2004-05 and the 1993 age group (2005-06); also on the coaching education staff.


Graduate Assistant, Florida State University, August 2003 – April 2004

Teach activity courses (Soccer, Aerobic Conditioning, & Weight Training) to college students at Florida State University. Assist professors and evaluate undergraduate students, Juniors and Seniors, as a University Supervisor in the Physical Education-Teacher Education program.


Professional Soccer Coach, Warner Soccer, July 2003 – July 2004

Train players in various soccer programs as well as in Tallahassee United Football Club, all ages, boys & girls.


Region II ODP Staff Coach, United States Youth Soccer, 2002

Camp staff ODP coach for 1987, 1988, & 1989 girls age groups. Region II covers 14 states from the Midwest.


Associate State Director of Coaching, Iowa Soccer Association, July 2001-August 2002

Coach ODP (Olympic Development Program) teams; head coach of the 1986 Girls ODP team. Teach coaching education courses and develop curriculum. Budget, schedule, coach, administrate, organize special events, and communicate with coaches, administrators, and club members from Iowa (approx. 38,000) and around the nation.
