Tyler Denkins - Andrew Jackson High School Class of 2012

Tyler Denkins is the starting varsity kicker/punter for Andrew Jackson in South Carolina. Andrew has displayed exceptional kicking ability under the lights on Friday nights at his school and in regional kicking camps. In October 2011, Tyler won the Dynamic Kicking Showcase by going 6/6 on field goals from 50 yards and in, on top of hitting a 60 yard punt and a 71 yard kickoff in competition. Tyler is also an outstanding student and volunteers regularly in his community to make an impact wherever he can.


Alex Gakenheimer - Charlottte Country Day High School Class of 2013

Alex Gakenheimer is the 2-year starting Buccaneers Varsity Kicker who made 7 field goals, 106 extra points and 33 kickoff touchbacks over the past 2 seasons. Alex was a key component in Country Day’s State Championship Team in 2010, and will be continue to be a super leader next year as a senior. Alex is a tremendous student who carries a 3.5 grade point average in AP and Honors classes and Alex has already scored a 1760 on his first SAT attempt. Gakenheimer was the winner of the 2010-2011 Dynamic Leadership Award and is also the Lead Singer and Guitarist in the band Fusion. Alex is considering schools up and down the east coast for his college career where he plans to kick and pursue a Business & Marketing Degree.

Evan Guest - Independence High School Class of 2012

Evan Guest is the 2-year Patriot’s Varsity starting quarterback who led them to a spectacular 10-3 season with one of the city’s toughest schedules. Evan is the Captain and threw for 5092 yards while accounting for 65 touchdowns in the past 2 years. Evan is an active member in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Independence DREAM Team. He has won leadership awards at competitive college prospect camps and carries a 3.2 grade point average in Honors classes. Evan is still making decisions about his college choice for next year.

Daley Hall - Fork Union Military Academy Class of 2012

Daley Hall is one of the top kicking recruits in the country. Daley won All-Conference and All-Region in 2010 at Western Guilford High School after making school record field goals and averaging almost 70 yard per kickoff. Hall also excelled on the soccer field and track in high school where he qualified for State Meets in the Long Jump, 4 x 400 and 4 x 200. Hall is a fantastic student-athlete and leader who received a scholarship to put his leadership and football skills into action at Fork Union for the fall of 2011 before starting college in 2012. Daley carries an exemplary 3.95 grade point average in AP and Honors classes and won the N.C. Kicker of the Year Award in 2011.

Spencer Landfried (K/P - North Davidson HS – Class of 2013) is the Captain and the most decorated player on the North Davidson Football Team. Spencer won Conference Kicker of the Year and was on the Central Piedmont All-Conference 1st Team. Landfried made 10/13 field goals (with a long of 42 yards) and was 30/31 on extra points. He also delivered 24 huge touchbacks on kickoffs in 2011. Spencer takes tremendous pride in his off-field achievements, which starts with a stellar 4.8 grade point average in the 6 AP and 10 Honors classes he has taken. He is the Student Council President, Junior Class President, Math Honor Society Member, going into the National Honor Society and active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes at North Davidson HS. Spencer has excelled in Kicking Combines/Camps and will be one of the highest ranked kickers in the state entering his senior year.

Nathan Spitler - Marvin Ridge High School Class of 2012

Nathan Spitler is one of the hard-working, versatile leaders that helped drive Marvin Ridge to the school record 10-2 football season in 2011. Nathan played on offense at tight end and played a key role on special teams. Spitler consistently gave outstanding effort to help make his teammates sharper at practices and took on the role of mentoring younger players throughout the season. Nathan carries an impressive 3.9 grade point average in AP and Honors classes and has already scored 1890 on his SAT. Nathan plans to attend Auburn University to study Pre-med and go into Pediatric Orthopedics. He is very active in Grace Community Church (where his dad serves as the Pastor) as well as school groups including; Young Life, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and First Priority.

Dynamic Scholarship Fund Mission – To Impact families (and entire generations) by equipping student-athletes to reach their God-given potential on and off the field/court.
Dynamic Scholarship Vision – To provide mentoring, coaching and financial scholarship assistance to student-athletes for educational, athletic, and community service opportunities which contribute to student-athletes reaching their God-given potential on and off the field.
DSF Plan – DSF Staff, college interns, and volunteer coaches initiate mentoring programs, sports outreach coaching, and provide financial assistance scholarships to reach students from “at risk” communities.
DSF Need – DSF is currently raising scholarship funds and capital for 2011-12 to provide:
DSF Student-Athlete Mentoring Programs on the west side of Charlotte in communities adjacent to the Johnson C. Smith University campus and in the Briar Creek Community on the east side of Charlotte.
DSF College Scholarship Awards which go to deserving student-athletes each year who are impacting the world as leaders on and off the field (presented at the CFA Banquet). These scholarships also serve as an inspiration and motivation to younger student-athletes who are encouraged to excel and serve.
Building a House of Champions Events in schools all throughout NC/SC to teach the importance of good relationships in sports and in the home.
Community Center Revitalization Service Projects to restore community centers/gyms in the inner city so they can serve as mentoring stations and after school centers for families in the community.
