Customers are expected to attach themselves for the auction via the Online EMD Management Module. Successful bidders will be refunded after 30 days of successful lifting of Scrap. EMD or Security Deposit bears no interest at the time of refund. Security Money cannot be adjusted against last DO. Buyer has to give a letter for refund by DD or RTGS.
