OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 Buyers are allowed to lift the material between 9 AM to 3:00PM on Monday to Friday except holidays. You should plan for lifting of Scrap in consultation with Manager Stores well in advance and lifting schedule approved by manager stores. You shall inform one day advance for placing and loading the scrap to our manager store, Last moment without one day advance information for placement of truck maybe denied by Stores.
 The scrap material lifted can be inspected / checked for weight by Berger Paints India Limited Officers which is loaded in your vehicles by unloading or visually Valid license of Drivers and registration of Vehicle is to be shown to Manager Stores. If found without valid papers and license at any point of time during loading, than vehicle will be send out after unloading of all the material at your own cost. A fine of Rs 1000.00 shall be imposed on you.
 Once the scrap is cleared from our premises by Buyers, no claim whatsoever will be entertained. The quality mentioned in our Sale order is approximate quantity and can vary.

 Any dispute differences arising out of this sale order shall be settled by arbitration. The provision of Indian Arbitration Act shall apply and Director Plant of Berger Paints India Limited shall be the sole authority to appoint arbitrator. Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both the parties.
