Hammonton: 150 Years of Agriculture, on view from August 22 – December 31, 2016, is an exhibition at The Noyes Gallery at Stockton’s Kramer Hall in Hammonton. Based on the unique historical and cultural heritage of the town of Hammonton, it highlights artifacts, documents, photographs and artists' interpretations related to the topic of agriculture. This is the second of two exhibitions celebrating the town's sesquicentennial, or 150th anniversary. The Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University has partnered with staff and faculty from Stockton University, the South Jersey Culture & History Center and citizens of the town of Hammonton to offer a look at life on the farm over the last 150 years. The Noyes Gallery at Kramer Hall is free and open to the public on Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Lou Storey: The Best Medicine is on view from September 9 – January 1, 2017 at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center on the Atlantic City Campus. A collection of paintings completed over a ten year period that explore the concepts, theories and feelings that surround Lou Storey in his work as a psychotherapist and as a social worker. I have always used the making of art as a kind of personal journal, a way to reflect upon all the various components of the life I am living. For the maker of art as well as the viewer, art can provide a moment of self-reflection, can provoke a memory, can inspire a myriad of emotions, and can bring a sense of joy and wonder. - Lou Storey

The Noyes exhibition is free and open daily to the public.

Pulp: Works from the Noyes Permanent Collection is on view from September 1, 2016 – January 8, 2017 at the Noyes Gallery at Stockton’s Seaview Resort in Galloway Township. Selections from the Noyes’ Permanent Collection explore unconventional approaches to the medium of paper. One of the most accessible and familiar forms of art mediums, paper is presented in its more experimental forms. With an emphasis on sculptural drawings, this exhibition showcases works with three-dimensional aspects such as raised designs, embossed images, and cast paper pulp. Artists test the delicacy of paper by piercing, ripping, perforating, embossing, dyeing or casting paper pulp to build up the surface. The Noyes Gallery at Seaview is free and open daily to the public.
Cathleen Engelsen: Paintings & Prints is on view from September 1, 2016 – January 8, 2017 at the Noyes Gallery at Stockton’s Seaview Resort in Galloway Township.
