4. Situation Analysis


The Situation Analysis starts with a snapshot of the current environment in which The Kraft Heinz find itself by providing a brief SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis. After this overview, the analysis probes ever-finer levels of detail: industry, competitors, company, and consumers.

SWOT Analysis:


Figure 1 shows the internal and external factors that impacts the Kraft Heinz’s market opportunities. As stated above, this analysis will evaluate company’s competitive stance by recognizing its internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses and external factors such as Opportunities and Threats.
