The SUD provider must ensure that potentially disqualifying information related to a PRP civilian employee’s participation in SUD evaluation and subsequent treatment will be made available promptly to the PRP certifying official for consideration. The results of a drug test of a civilian employee may only be disclosed with the employee’s written consent unless otherwise authorized under PL 100
