CONCLUSION
The responses above have been able to show that organisations are of different types and sizes; and that each need to make use of the structure which is appropriate for it so that its functions can be well coordinated. Also, we were able to know the impact external factors and also macro environment can have on a business and this is as seen in the use of PESTLE and SWOT to analyse different situations. Businesses therefore need to be aware of the impact of external factors and macro environment on their businesses so as to be able to react appropriately in order to sustain its business and competition.
