Make sure that your Producer has given you one of these. Joseph Grenny is a business strategy expert who has developed proven methods in driving sustainable and measurable changes in human behaviour. He was a speaker at the GLS last year and, by popular request, he has been invited back this year to speak on the subject of Mastering the Art of Crucial Conversations. When handled well, these moments give leaders the power to make everything work better and move faster. But how do we best leverage them? Think of an example when you faced a conflict between telling the truth and keeping a friend. What did you do, and what happened as a result? If you feel comfortable, share with those around you. Remember that your facilitation of the Process Time will play a major role in helping Delegates get the best out of this participating part of the conference. For this reason, please invest some valuable time in preparing well beforehand. Question 2 (slide on back screen)Your job as a leader is to model, teach, coach, and measure the crucial conversations that most profoundly affect the mission you’re trying to accomplish. Consider the following questions to help you identify one of those conversations.
