Earlier in the positions of Deputy Manager of Integral Cadastre; Authorizations and Urban Control Manager; Systems Manager and Project Coordinator. Also acts as an Advisor and Consultant on Disability and accessibility issues for the Municipality.



Main professional activities:

Architect and consultant on accessibility. Collaborator with the Special Committee on Disability of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. Collaborator with the Network of OMAPED (Municipal Office for the Attention of People with Disabilities). Professor at the University of Lima (1984-1985) and University of San Martin de Porres (1990-2002.) Author of books and articles on Disability and Accessibility issues.
