ADDENDUM NUMBER 1

Solicitation Number: ITB 900 15-625 -- Title: Parking Areas & Decks Cleaning & Sweeping

This addendum incorporates the following information into the solicitation referenced above.

Responsibility for the proper incorporation of all data provided herein shall be assumed by the individual bidders.
Notes & Revisions:


  1. A mandatory pre-solicitation conference was held pursuant to the bid documents. The conference was held in the GBA Bid Room (426A James H. “Sloppy” Floyd Building – West Tower Balcony Level located at 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30344) as advertised. A walk-through was held immediately after and hosted by Mr. MacKay Chewning (Project Manager). Also in attendance representing GBA Parking Services was Ms. Diane Hale, Parking Services and Access Control Director




  1. Attendees and sole bidders as reflected on the attached Pre-Solicitation Conference Sign in Sheet to provide the required services will be the following companies:




    1. Ecosweep

    2. AC Sweepers and Maintenance

    4. PM Sweeper Services, Inc.

Can the contractors’ equipment be housed on site?

Answer 12: No. Unless otherwise instructed by GBA equipment must be removed from GBA property as work is completed.

  • A signed acknowledgement of this addendum (these pages) shall be attached to your response.

  • A signature on this addendum does not constitute your signature on the original solicitation documents.

  • ALL OTHER SECTIONS OF THE BID DOCUMENT NOT ADDRESSED HEREIN SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
