4.00 pm Jayco Herald Sun Tour Highlights - Moving down to Geelong, the Tour starts from the Iconic Cunningham Pier, set in the beautiful Corio Bay and along the Geelong Waterfront. Stage 1 offers a few surprises to the peloton with a tough, steep KOM and an undulating run into Ballarat. With the stage finishing in the Heart of Ballarat, it will be a fantastic opportunity to witness an exciting finish to the first road stage of the 2014 Tour. (Cycling)

Les's survival starts on the Arctic tundra coast where he's left with a folding canoe, CB radio, fishing tackle, some whale blubber and his wits. Since bad weather is upon him, refuge in an old plywood box is essential as he stays vigilant for polar bears and arctic wolves.
