ONE-CANCELS-THE-OTHER (OCO) ORDER - Type of order which treats two or more option orders as a package, whereby the execution of anyone of the orders causes all the orders to be reduced by the same amount. Can be placed as a day or GTC order.
OPENING TRANSACTION - An addition to, or creation of, a trading position.
OPEN INTEREST - The cumulative total of all option contracts of a particular series sold, but not yet repurchased or exercised.
OPEN ORDER - An order that has been placed with the broker, but not yet executed or canceled.
OPTION CHAIN - A list of the options available fora given underlying.
