Yes, we are available to present a workshop on intercultural business etiquette the week of April 4. Below are the answers to your questions. Our staff regularly travels to clients places of business, so delivering the workshop in Evanston poses no problem. Part of our service is to leave complete written materials to supplement our presentations. We can prepare materials delivered via PowerPoint or in PDF and can tailor the content to your specific needs. Mock situations are excellent ways to practice certain elements of etiquette and our trainers are schooled in creating specific scenarios that fit your situation.
Intercultural communication can be complex and having your staff attend a workshop would help all involved feel more confident in their ability to successfully communicate with your visitors. Please replace Order No. MB with the correct chairs I originally ordered.
I placed an order for six conference room chairs, Item B. The package arrived with correctly labeled cartons. However, when I opened the boxes, I found the upholstery was patterned instead of solid black. If you have the black upholstered chairs in stock and can ship them tome immediately, please do so. If not, please refund my credit card charge immediately and provide me with shipping labels to return the incorrect order to Harper Hardware. Because my firm must use their chairs for an upcoming meeting, I trust that you will let me know within two business days whether you can provide the correct order so that I can explore alternatives if necessary.
