Thank you for your well researched proposal to include Mayweather House in this year’s Giving Back

volunteer day. Mayweather House’s distinctive architectural style and garden is indeed one that merits preservation for future generations.
As you maybe aware, our primary goal is to improve homes in our town’s most neglected areas. We gave close consideration to the
22 submissions we received and were able to include the 10 homes in the most dire condition for this year’s rehabilitation efforts. While
Mayweather House was not one of the selected properties, we encourage you to apply again next year.
We are grateful that citizens like you take the effort to support our ongoing efforts to improve our town and share your commitment to bring Happy Valley’s architectural gems back to their original glory.

As a former Bruin whose thriving business is legendary among current UCLA business students, your success story would bean inspiration to members of the Accounting Association.
Because of our club’s focus on business and your success as an entrepreneur, you would be the perfect speaker to get our club off to a great start this year. Your expertise as well as your history with our campus will make your talk a big draw for our members. With their business and accounting backgrounds, some students in our club may even be potential employees at TempHelp4You. I hope you’ll accept my invitation to be the keynote speaker at the Business and Accounting Association’s annual kickoff meeting. The meeting will beheld on Wednesday, September 10, 2016, from noon until 1:30 pm. in Room 101 of the Anderson School of Management Building. We would like you to speak for about 30 minutes and then take questions from the audience.
