The Canadian Public Works Association, Atlantic Provinces Chapter is hosting its 2017 Conference in Charlottetown PEI, on October 4, 5 & 6 at the Eastlink Centre. The program includes a vendor floor show and a full slate of events which would be of interest to both public works officials and consultants working in the municipal field.
On behalf of the organizing committee, I have been asked to contact local businesses to solicit sponsorship support for some aspects of the conference. (See the attached package: Page 2-5 Exhibition Sponsors, Page 6-9 Conference Sponsors). The purpose of the support is to enhance the program offerings while giving recognition to local businesses for supporting this event.

Exhibitor Package Includes:
One 8’ x 10’ booth space in the exhibit area
One skirted table and two chairs
One standard electrical service, if required
Name badge for two (2) representatives staffing your booth
Ticket to Thursday Banquet for two (2) individuals
Ticket for Lunch on the Floor for two (2) individuals
(Please bring additional power bars if needed, as they will not be supplied)

Wednesday, October 4 – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Wednesday, October 4 – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Thursday, October 5 – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Thursday, October 5 – 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Equipment Area
The Equipment portion of the trade show will run concurrent with the exhibit area. The Chapter will be holding one educational session (Faculty Tour of UPEI Sustainable Engineering) at 9 am on Thursday, October 5th, after which the trade show will proceed. This session, plus a sponsored “lunch on the floor”, should guarantee maximum exposure to vendors and vendor products.
Companies wishing to display equipment must purchase booth space in the exhibit area. There will be no extra charge for equipment space. Please indicate on the application, in order of preference, any equipment you may wish to display.
Due to space restrictions, the Executive may limit the number and/or type of pieces of equipment that each company can display.
Please Note:
Exhibitor package includes access to the Thursday lunch on the floor, Thursday evening banquet and all educational sessions.
Special requirements such as internet connection or an electrical service other than standard are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors may provide a prize for a draw which would be greatly appreciated by the Chapter.
Booth space is limited and will be guaranteed on a first come first serve basis, with preference being given to CPWA members.
Accommodations:
The Chapter has arranged reduced rates for a block booking at The Charlottetown Inn and Conference Centre. There are a limited number of hotel accommodations available. Please book your room directly with the hotel. In order to receive the preferred rate, when registering, please specify the booking is listed in the CPWA block.

Refund Policy: After payment is received, and up to 21 days prior to the conference, the registration fees less $100 will be refunded. Less than 21 days prior notice, 50% of registration will be refunded. Refund request must be made in writing to Conference Chairman.
