Junior High school - Senior High School – College

Physical education is a course that focuses on developing physical fitness in the youth. Same as Music, Gym and Math, this is a required course in primary and secondary school. Most of the time, it is also required in college.

It is important to develops students competence and confidence to take part in a range of physical activities that become a central part of their lives, both in and out of school. A high-quality PE curriculum enables all students to enjoy and succeed in many kinds of physical activity.

AT THE END OF THE LESSON, STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Having a healthy lifestyle.
  • Can prevent illness and sickness.
  • Having alternative habits for us to avoid vice.
  • Having good mental health.

Duration

30 MINUTES – 1 HOUR

Depending on the way the school is set up and the style of the students, the class normally lasts about 30 minutes and 1 hour. The effective class length is much shorter, however.

PowerPoint

The purpose of PowerPoint is to act as a visual aid as a presenter goes along presenting their option, ideas, sales pitch.

Overhead Projector

An overhead projector is a machine that has a light inside it and can be used to make the writing or pictures on a sheet of plastic appear on a screen or wall.

Youtube

The students will have easy access to the source of learning anytime that they want and that too it is free. YouTube has many videos that can help in improving skills that are required by the students. YouTube also saves the time and budget of people. YouTube plays a vital role to improve education.

Learning activity

All student should perform energizer to warm up their bodies before start different kinds of activities to maintain physical health
