a ASSIGNMENT: CITATION EXERCISE a

Please follow the boldface directions in each numbered question and provide corrected citations. For each of your answers, please list the Rules and/or page(s) of the ALWD Citation Manual where you found for your answer. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOOK UP ANY OF THESE CITES UNLESS YOU ARE EXPRESSLY ASKED TO -- THEY ARE MOSTLY FICTITIOUS!

Please use underscoring (underlining) when appropriate; do not use italics. Remember to use Courier type and left justification.
Your separate answer sheet should be double-spaced to permit later corrections. Please bring to class 3 copies (one for each team member) plus one copy that you will turn in to me and which I will send to Starfleet Command via subspace radio. If you do not have enough information to correct a citation, please indicate the missing information with brackets (e.g., [date]) and place it in its proper location along with any necessary punctuation and/or underscoring. The names of all of the students working as a team on this collaborative assignment should appear on the top of the answer page.
Remember, you are part of the collective, and resistance to learning citation is futile.
