14. Future scope for research This paper has mainly focused on some particular sectors for which the data is easily available and the promotional vehicle is print media. This study can include other sectors as well as other forms of promotional vehicles in future. The model builtin this paper can be reformed further to include more factors and sources.More data in terms of number of sectors and more financial years will improve accuracy. The model and this paper can also be used for further studies in terms of assessing the effectiveness of various other promotional activities in contrast to not just FDI but also returns (fora business) or social impact (in terms of an NGO or a government. Also, the study can be further extended to treat other extraneous variables as apart of research itself, and thus the correlation between all the factors (dependent and independent) that affect the inflow can be realized and predictive model can be improvised upon.
