Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation – completed initial assessments; developed, implemented, and documented treatment plans in a 600 bed acute care hospital with various patient populations including general medical or surgical, neurological, and cardiac.



Level I Fieldwork

Sheltered workshop site for young adults - geriatric individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Analyzed strengths of the workers to aid in matching them with appropriately challenging duties.



-Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of York, York, PA

Transitional Rehabilitation Unit – educated patients on safety precautions following surgical procedures and monitored strengthening programs.



-Hanover Hospital, Hanover, PA

Center for Acute Rehabilitative Medicine – observed and assisted with treatment protocols for amputee and stroke patients.



-Central Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Services, Harrisburg, PA

Hand Clinic – observed and assisted with various modalities, evaluated strength and range of motion, observed splint modification, and facilitated scar massage.
