BMP APP CHAPTER ONBOARDING

Initial implementation of the Balanced Man Program Application (BMP App) is a pivotal point that sets the trajectory of a chapter’s future. The app will help to engage brothers more consistently and provide continuity from year to year. Below are the onboarding steps with that a chapter should take to begin using the BMP App.


Preparation

  1. Review all items in the BMP App Implementation Checklist with chapter leaders and volunteers to ensure that the chapter is prepared to begin using the app and follow-up with your regional director to confirm completion.


Account Setup

  1. Complete the BMP App Roster Update, which will be sent directly to your inbox, and email the updated information back to bmpappsupport@sigep.net.



Administrator Onboarding

  1. Complete BMP App Administrator Training through online webinar training, in-person training, or administrator user manual. Include the chapter’s BMP App Volunteer and challenge coordinators in this training and set specific deadlines for coordinators to customize each challenge prior to deployment.



Chapter Training

  1. Send BMP App User Guide to chapter members and work with coordinators to hold BMP App Kick-off meetings with brothers in each challenge.



Ongoing Support

  1. Check-in with regional director about onboarding process questions and to discuss any issues that arise in customizing challenges. You can also report any system errors or bugs to bmpappsupport@sigep.net.
